The Shop!

The Shatterglass shop is where you can purchase cool stuff for your character. And maybe eventually we’ll have cool account options like colorful display names. The items will be listed, along with a description of them and their uses, and their price. There will also be hints for introducing them to characters already in play, if you’d like to play it out.

Each post will have a different type of ware, and that type of ware’s order form. Please use the right form. Post orders as their own threads, please.

Jewelry

• Bangle – one, plain circle of metal to be worn around a paw. A single bangle costs š15.
  
  
• Bangles – multiple plain circles of metal to be worn around one paw, or different paws. Bangles bought in bulk cost š10 each.
  
  
• Bracelet – bracelets can be simple circles or chains of metal to be worn around a paw, and may contain up to two gemstones. Bracelets cost š20 each.
  
  
• Simple earring – a small metal hoop or metal stud, to be worn in the ear. Simple earrings cost š10 each.
  
  
• Earring – a medium sized metal hoop or stud with a stone.
  
  
• Chain – an unadorned metal chain to be worn around the neck or tail. Chains cost š25 each.
  
  
• Necklace – a metal chain with up to three small gemstones on it to be worn around the neck or tail. Necklaces cost š30 each.
  
  
• Pendant – a metal chain with one large gemstone on it, to be worn around the neck. Pendants cost š30 each.
  
  
• Small Amulet - a necklace with a single small stone on it. This necklace grants the wearer weak control over a second power. The stone denotes the power. Sapphire indicates water, ruby indicates fire, tiger's eye indicates earth, clear quartz indicates air, a chunk of raw gold indicates metal, aquamarine indicates ice, rose quartz indicated healing, a prism indicates concentration, and an opal indicates shapeshifting. The granted powers will be weak and erratic. The cost for a small amulet is š200. If purchased, this item can be 'found' anywhere in Shatterglass.
  
  
• Amulet - a necklace with a single stone on it. This necklace grants the wearer mid-level control over a second power. The stone denotes the power. Sapphire indicates water, ruby indicates fire, tiger's eye indicates earth, clear quartz indicates air, a chunk of raw gold indicates metal, aquamarine indicates ice, rose quartz indicates healing, a prism indicates concentration, and an opal indicates shapeshifting. The granted powers will be weaker than those of someone born with that power, but could be used in combat if the user is creative enough. The cost for an amulet is š350. If purchased, this item can be 'found' anywhere in Shatterglass.

Mutations

• Antlers - antlers is just a term for unproportionally large head horns. These can include elk/deer antlers, moose antlers, or larger horns, like a gemsbok's long, straight horns, or long spiraled horns the addax, or really any others you can find. Please be specific in their description, and include a reference animal if possible. Antlers cost š120. Applying these to a pre-existing wolf would be difficult. A vision of or visit from Pandora may be in order.
  
  
• Dragonfly wings - wings that resemble those of a dragonfly. They are longer and thinner than the typical bird or angel type wings, transparent and veined, and have an opalescent sheen to them. They can rotate back to lay against wolf's flanks, as a bird's wings do. Despite their delicate appearance, dragonfly wings are as tough as normal wings. Dragonfly wings cost š160. Applying these to a pre-existing wolf would be difficult. A vision of or visit from Pandora may be in order.
  
  
• Butterfly wings - wings that resemble those of a butterfly. These are often very large and colorful, can rotate back to lay against a wolf's flanks, as a bird's wings do, but often stick up at the top and hang below the ribs. Despite their delicate appearance, butterfly wings are as tough as normal wings. Butterfly wings cost š180. Applying these to a pre-existing wolf would be difficult. A vision of or visit from Pandora may be in order.
  
  
• Dragon or Bat wings - wings that resemble a dragon's or bat's. They have a skeletal base with skin stretched tight between them. Most of the bones end in small, blunt hooks that poke out almost like claws. They can rotate back to lay against a wolf's flanks, as a bird's do. Their membranes may look delicate, but are actually surprisingly elastic, and these wings are as strong as normal wings as a result. Dragon or bat wings cost š200. Applying these to a pre-existing wolf would be difficult. A vision of or visit from Pandora may be in order.
  
  
• Crests - a crest is a head ornamentation. These can include bony ridges or plates protruding from the head, or frills of bone, plate, or even feathers behind the head and around the neck.They may also be bony protrusions from the back of the head, that may connect to the nasal passages, allowing the wolf to make a horn like noise by focusing air through their crest. See hadrosaurids, especially parasaurolophus. While not very useful in combat, crests can be either very attractive or very intimidating, and make great conversation pieces... Haha. And some can even make noises... Cool! Crests cost š150. Applying these to a pre-existing wolf would be difficult. A vision of or visit from Pandora may be in order.
  
  
• Ridges - a ridge all the way down the spine, of bone or 'plates', like those of a stegosaurus. These are generally in neutral colors, like ivory, beige, brown, and black. They can be useful for defense, and help regulate body temperature. Ridges cost š170. Applying these to a pre-existing wolf would be difficult. A vision of or visit from Pandora may be in order.
  
  
• Sails - a sail is a large, arched protrusion from the back, similar to the back appendage of the dimetrodon, a primitive, pre-dinosaur creature. Starting at the shoulder and ending just before the tail, cartilage grows straight upwards, connected by an often colorful membrane. The whole thing forms an arc. This can be very intimidating, and is useful defensively. It's also very flexible, though it's motions cannot be controlled. It helps regulate body temperature. But woe betide any sailed wolf that gets caught broadside in a strong wind... It's worth seeing, if you like laughing at other's expense. Sails cost š200. Applying these to a pre-existing wolf would be difficult. A vision of or visit from Pandora may be in order.

Powers

• Second Power - the right to create a character with full control of two powers. Any two powers may be chosen. The character is neither more or less proficient in either power than average. This can be applied to preexisting characters, but a vision of or visit from Pandora is in order for them to be blessed. The cost for a second power is š700.
