Anguis Marsh

Within the Caelum Tenebris lands lies a low marsh, devoid of trees. Tall grasses stand here and there, but often there is just bare brown earth and channels of murky water. Much of the ground is unstable, and it’s quite hard to make it through here without sinking – and nigh on impossible to avoid the mud. However, a certain species of fat, tasty fish that swim through the channels are fond of eating mosquito larvae, so there are almost no bugs. Now all you have to do is worry about the snakes…
