[Staff Applications
Now that Shatterglass is up and running, we’re going to need some help. For those of you who haven’t read the Bulletin, my intended co-admin Ray is in, so we’re going to need at least one moderator. Maybe two – I’ll talk it over with her. Obviously, for a staff position, we ask for mature, responsible, and dedicated members only to apply. It would also be best if you were working above the 200 word minimum, and had some experience with moderating a roleplay site.
Moderator’s responsibilities will include:
- Making sure posts meet the word requirements
- Ensuring harmony between members & diffusing arguments
- Assisting with enforcing the rules
- Helping Ray & I decide on plots, features, events, and other site stuff.
